All new clients have the opportunity to take a Foundation class which will help you to become comfortable on both the Reformer and the additional equipment at the PilatesCNTR.
It will also allow you time to understand the basic movements and techniques of Pilates.
This starter package has 2 options:
2 classes for $30 or
2-classes and 1 private (1on1) for $50
